Details

Dry cleaning is any cleaning process for clothing and textiles using a solvent other than water. Dry cleaning still involves liquid, but clothes are instead soaked in a water-free liquid solvent (usually non-polar, as opposed to water which is a polar solvent). Tetrachloroethylene (perchloroethylene), known in the industry as "perc", is the most widely used solvent. Alternative solvents are 1-bromopropane and petroleum spirits. Most natural fibers can be washed in water but some synthetics (e.g., viscose, lyocell, modal, and cupro) react poorly with water and should be dry-cleaned if possible.

Full-automatic computer operation system featuring a LCD for easy man-machine dialogue and simple operation. The equipment incorporates frequency conversion for speed adjustment, ensuring stable performance, optimal cleaning speed, and suitability for high-quality fabric cleaning with exceptional cleaning results.

An activated carbon safety absorption device is installed to ensure operator health, automatically absorbing wind when the door is opened.

The machine utilizes three large-volume oil cylinders with a specially designed sight glass for improved cleanliness. An automatic cleaning system is implemented to enhance the cleaning level and reduce the need for labour-intensive maintenance.

A supercentrifuge nylon filter minimises distillation time, saving energy and facilitating the cleaning of delicate garments.

Efficiency is further enhanced through a direct ventilation design, reducing air resistance and enabling thorough and rapid solvent recovery, thereby saving drying time and energy consumption.

The equipment features an energy-saving distillation box with a large volume, which can be steam-heated for fast distillation. Additionally, external steam heating can be used.

Including a high-efficiency cooling unit contributes to an effective recycling system, controlling PCE residue and ejection with utmost efficiency.
