Order Processing and Confirmation:

Upon successful order placement, we will initiate pre-shipping arrangements.

Dispatch Timings

Availability of the stock: within 5 days, the machine will be dispatched.

Unavailability of the stock: within 45 days at max, the machine will be dispatched.

Delivery Responsibilities:

SARA EQUIPMENTS is responsible for your goods until they are handed over to the chosen transporter.

While in transit, your shipment falls under the terms and conditions of the chosen transporter and the insurance (if the customer opted in for transit insurance) company used.

Unloading & Damage:

Any claimable damages before the time of unloading of the machine might be claimed with our transit insurance policy provider as per their terms (SARA EQUIPMENTS is not liable or cover for the damages of the machine on transit or on the process of unloading the machine). Any damages which are occurred while in the process of unloading of the machine at the time of delivery is not covered.

Terms of our Insurance Provider

Subject to the undernoted clauses, endorsements, special conditions and warranties attached which form part of the Policy.

(1) Institute Radio-Active Contamination Exclusion Clause

(2) Institute Replacement Clause

(3) Excess: The first 0.50% of the consignment value, subject to a minimum of 1% from the product cost for each and every claim.

(5) Climatic Conditions Clause

(6) Pairs and Sets Clause

(7) Electrical and Mechanical Derangement Clause

(8) Shortage in Weight Clause

(9) Warranted packed to withstand the intended journey

(10) Warranted the machinery covered under this insurance cover is new and not second hand

(11) Termination of Transit Clause (Terrorism)

(12) Courier Clause or Parcel Clause (By Courier) / All Risks

(13) Important Clause

(14) Policy Cancellation clause

(15) Limitation of liability (inland transits) clause (Private Carrier Warranty)

(16) Institute Chemical, Biological, Bio-Chemical, Electromagnetic Weapons and Cyber Attack Exclusion Clause

(17) Excluding Unexplained/Rejection/Quality Losses

(18) Warranted the load carried is within the approved carrying capacity of the subject carrying vehicle

(19) Excluding Denting / Scratching / Chipping / Cracking / Breakage except caused due to ITC/ICC (B) Clauses

(20) Glass and Fragile items shall stands excluded from the scope of the policy.

(21) Excluding Rusting Oxidation and Discolouration howsoever caused.
