This IoT system is central to why the Baby Care Plan for the Virgo model is no longer necessary, as it automates many aspects of monitoring and basic care. 

Preventive Spares

         ● Purpose: Parts replaced before they fail, based on typical lifespan, to reduce unexpected breakdowns and costly downtime. 

         ● Cost: Approximately 10% of the actual Napkin Incinerator and Vending Machine  cost. 

We Highly recommended for keeping preventive spares for continuous operations.

Our Supported Services

1. Service 

  • Child Care Plan: Free service for 6 months from the date of invoice.
  • Adult Care Plan: Service is chargeable. 
  • Process: Initial assistance via video call. If unresolved, maintenance is initiated. 
  • Locations: Service at nearby service centers or Sara Equipments factory in Tirupur, Tamilnadu.
  • Customer Responsibility: Up and down courier charges for equipment transport. 
  • On-site Services: Traveling, conveyance, and accommodation charges applicable.  

 

2. Manufacturing Defects

  • Coverage (Both Plans): Replacement and reimbursement for manufacturing defects up to 12 months from purchase. 
  • Resolution: Defective machines and spares immediately replaced at no cost. 
  • Customer Responsibility: Transport charges, additional taxes, and service engineer expenses.
  • Definition of Manufacturing Defect: Faults in material, workmanship, or assembly affecting normal operation, including: 
    ○ Faulty wiring, electrical components, circuitry. 
    ○ Defective control panels, sensors, programming modules. 
    ○ Mechanical defects in motors, drums, moving parts from production. 
    ○ Structural defects in machine body, frames, load-bearing components.  
    ○ Issues identifiable at installation due to visible defects.
  •  **Exclusions (What's Not Covered): 
    ○ Damage from mishandling, improper installation, or non-compliant use. 
    ○ Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (belts, seals, gaskets, filters, bearings, lubricants).  
    ○ Issues due to power fluctuations, environmental factors (humidity, corrosive atmospheres). 
    ○ Damage from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or non-genuine parts. 
    ○ Damage during transportation after delivery (unless by Company authorized personnel).  
    ○ Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration) not impacting performance. 
    ○ External Factors: Lightning strikes, natural disasters, fire incidents, corrosion due to moisture/chemical exposure. 

 

3. Phone Call Support 

  •  Coverage (Both Plans): Available for 12 months from purchase.  
  •  Availability: 
    Working Hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, except Government Holidays): Free assistance. 
    Extended Hours (6:30 PM–10:00 PM): Supported but chargeable as per the Virgo Maintenance Contract Programme (VMCP).
  • Services: Register complaints, receive guidance, and troubleshoot problems in real time.
  • Commitment: All missed calls are returned. 

 

4. Video Call Support 

  • Coverage (Both Plans): Available for 12 months from purchase.
  • Availability: 
    Working Hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, except Government Holidays): Free assistance. 
    Extended Hours (6:30 PM – 10:00 PM): Supported but chargeable as per the Virgo Maintenance Contract Programme (VMCP). 
  • Services: Register complaints, receive guidance, and troubleshoot problems in real time. 
  • Commitment: All missed calls are returned.

 

5. Electrical & Electronics Spare Warranty

  • Coverage: Defective spares replaced at no cost for a set duration from the invoice date. 
  • Exclusions: Heater and motor are not covered under electrical spares warranty. Prone towards damaging due to power fluctuation.

6. Installation 

  • Child Care Plan: Installation is chargeable. 
  • Adult Care Plan: Installation is chargeable.
  • Scheduling: Once safe product arrival is confirmed by the client.
  • Process: Completed within 2-3 hours by experienced service engineers. 
  • Additional Costs: Man-day charges applicable for infrastructure modifications. 

 

 7. Hose

  • Child Care Plan : Hose is provided free.
  • Adult Care Plan : Hose is chargeable. 

 

8. Cap

  • Child Care Plan : Cap is provided. 
  • Adult Care Plan : Cap is chargeable 

 

9. Packing 

  • Coverage (Both Plans): Provided free.
  • Provisions: Carton box and Thermocol covering for safe transport and maximum protection. 

 

10. Graphic Stickers

  • Coverage (Both Plans): Provided free. 
  • Provisions: Graphic stickers, including logo and other attractive stickers, provided at no additional cost.

     

11. Transit Insurance

  • Coverage (Both Plans): Provided free.
  • Optional: Customer can avail additional insurance by paying 1% of the invoice amount.  
  • Process: An invoice is provided for claims in case of damage. Repair costs for delivery damage can be paid to us and refunded upon successful transit insurance claim.

The Virgo Maintenance Contract Programme (VMCP) offers flexible tiers to suit your needs. 

  • Purpose: Annual Maintenance Contract designed for peace of mind after the initial warranty expires. 
  • Benefit: Ensures continued smooth operation through proactive and timely maintenance, maintaining reliability and efficienc.
